Peler les tomates après les avoir trempées dans de l’eau bouillante.

Faire revenir les oignons dans une poêle avec une c à café d’huile d’olive, quand ils sont dorés ajouter les tomates pelées, l’ail, le thym le laurier et du basilic si vous en avez.

Après 2 – 3 min ajouter le steak haché.

Saler et poivrer.

Dans une casserole à part faire la béchamel avec le lait le beurre la farine du sel du poivre.

Monter les lasagne de courgettes en commençant par de la béchamel puis des courgettes coupées en longueur, ensuite la sauce tomate avec le steak et ainsi desuite jusqu’à épuisement des ingrédients en terminant par un couche de courgettes et la béchamel.

– Vous pouvez ajouter du gruyère râpé sur chaque couche de béchamel.

Mettre au four T°7 pendant 40′.

Mais qu’est-ce que « locavore » exactement? C’est une personne qui n’achète que des produits de saison, et des gens qui achètent leurs produits quotidiens (fruits, légumes, beurre, lait, fromage, viande, etc.) auprès de petits fabricants à proximité, pas dans les supermarchés. En apparence, ça a l’air cool: nous faisons fonctionner l’économie locale, nous rencontrons des agriculteurs et nous mettons pleinement à profit notre sentiment de proximité. Cependant, de nombreuses personnes ont des doutes sur la consommation de produits locaux, même a priori. N’est-ce pas plus cher? Ou plus rigoureux? Quelle garantie? Comment cela affecte-t-il la structure économique locale?

Pour le goût

Et bien oui: fruits, légumes, viandes, produits laitiers, nous les achetons d’abord selon leur goût! Les produits locaux sont aussi délicieux que possible. L’explication est simple: les produits locaux sont généralement récoltés à maturité et expédiés le même jour car ils ne nécessitent pas de long transport. Résultat: Lorsqu’ils atteignent notre panier (puis se mettent dans l’assiette), ils sont à nouveau délicieux …

Pour des produits vraiment frais

La consommation locale est le meilleur moyen de s’assurer que vous mangez vraiment des produits frais car ils sont presque directement récoltés et vendus à la ferme après la récolte ou sur le marché local. Quels que soient les fruits et légumes que vous achetez dans la zone fraîche du supermarché, la moitié du temps, ils sont sélectionnés pour être verts et mûrs lors d’un long transport! Lorsque vous achetez des fruits ou des légumes de l’agriculture locale, vous pouvez être sûr qu’ils ont été récoltés il y a un jour ou deux. C’est ce qu’on appelle un produit frais!

Pour réduire le transport

Lorsque nous mangeons des aliments hors saison qui sont loin, nous ne devons pas oublier que ces produits doivent faire beaucoup pour atteindre notre assiette. Que ce soit par bateau ou par avion, leur transport génère inévitablement une grande quantité de gaz à effet de serre libérés dans l’air. Sur le plan écologique, ce n’est en effet pas le cas. En revanche, le transport des produits locaux des producteurs aux consommateurs nécessite peu ou pas de transport. ew, c’est la planète du souffle …

Pour soutenir l’agriculture locale

Pour consommer de la nourriture locale, c’est aller chez les petits agriculteurs du coin pour trouver des fruits, des légumes, du fromage et de la viande. Évidemment rien de spécial … mais en fait, cela favorise grandement l’économie locale et la vitalité! Non seulement les petits agriculteurs locaux gagnent des revenus plus élevés, mais ils les encouragent également à accroître leur production et même à créer des emplois. De plus, il crée une forte vitalité locale et établit un lien entre producteurs ruraux et consommateurs urbains … Bref, tout le monde y gagne!
